Symptom:

MAGOTAN 1.8T new car more than 4,000 kilometers of water pump leakage of  coolant, replace the pump after driving more than 1,000 kilometers, the  pump once again leak antifreeze.Launch X431 Tool

1. When the vehicle travels 4011km, the station checks the leakage  antifreeze. After checking the water tank, it leaks the antifreeze,  removes the water pump and finds that the temperature inside the side  outlet of the thermostat is damaged.Fcar F502 

2. Replace the pump after the vehicle and travel about 1000km, once  again complained about the antifreeze and leakage, check or water  leakage at the pump antifreeze. Remove the pump to find the pump or in  the side of the thermostat side of the outlet is damaged, the damage is  the same as the first, (as shown below)

5. 7. From the oil point of view 2 cylinder 3 cylinder position traces of  gasoline traces more serious, remove the 2 cylinder, 3 cylinder nozzle,  can be observed in the 3-cylinder fuel injector plug with gasoline, the  surface of the gasoline flow trace. To determine the fault is caused by  the 2-cylinder, 3-cylinder injector oil spill. The results replaced the  2-cylinder, 3-cylinder injector, and replaced the 1-cylinder, 4-cylinder  nozzle seal.

Maintenance Summary:

Water pump leakage is a more common fault, but the new car in the short  term continuous damage we first met. The second maintenance, although  checked out of the gasoline leak, led to the pump seal inflated, but did  not find the root cause of the problem. On the one hand is the main  location of the fuel injector installed in the lower part of the inlet,  the naked eye can not be observed; the other hand, our inspection work  is not enough detail.
